National Reference Price (Rp/kg)

Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

This page explains what data we collect, why, who can see it, and the rules that apply when you deposit funds, place offers, and redeem goods.

Data we collect

Identity data: full name, national identity number, date of birth, and address. Identity documents: national identity card, tax identification number where available, and a selfie for matching. For businesses: business registration number, corporate tax number, and the identity of the person in charge.

Contact data: email address, and phone number if you provide one.

Funds data: the bank name, account number, and account holder name you register for withdrawals, plus a record of every deposit and withdrawal.

Transaction data: every offer you place, fill, or withdraw, your rupiah balance and kilogram balance per commodity, and every redemption request and the outlet where the goods were handed over.

Basis and purpose

Identity data is collected to meet our know-your-customer obligations as a market operator, and is used only for verification and the supervision required of us.

Funds and transaction data is collected because the service cannot run without it: matching offers, recording movements of rupiah and kilograms, returning funds to an account in your own name, and handing goods to the person entitled to them.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party marketing.

Who can see your data

Bappebti and PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia, as supervisors, see reserves, the log of kilogram additions and reductions, market trades, and balances per holder with email addresses masked. Your identity is not shared with them.

An outlet sees only the redemption code you present, the commodity, and the quantity to hand over. The warehouse operator sees goods movements in its warehouse, not user data.

The order book is open: the price and quantity of every offer are visible to all users, without the name of whoever placed it.

Storage and security

National identity numbers and tax numbers are stored encrypted and are never shown in full again, to you or to a reviewer.

Identity documents are kept in private storage with no public access, on a verification system separate from the market system. Only authorised reviewers can view them, and every view is logged.

Balance and kilogram-movement records are append-only: entries already recorded are never edited or deleted, so every balance can be traced to its origin.

Retention and deletion

Verification data and transaction records are kept while your account is active and for the period required by applicable rules. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, and request deletion insofar as this does not conflict with applicable retention obligations.

Account terms

One person or one business holds one account. An account can deposit funds, trade, and redeem goods only after identity verification is approved.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Every offer and redemption request sent from your account is treated as sent by you.

We may suspend an account that appears to use someone else's identity, provide false data, or breach these terms. Legitimate rupiah and kilogram balances remain yours and are settled after review.

Funds terms

Deposits are accepted from a bank account in your own name, and withdrawals are sent only to an account in your own name. Deposits and withdrawals in a third party's name are refused.

The rupiah balance in your account is money held for trading on this market, not an interest-bearing deposit. Deposit and withdrawal timing follows your bank's terms.

Offer and trade terms

Every offer carries a firm (limit) price you set. Rupiah for a bid and kilograms for an ask are locked while the offer is open, and become available again if you withdraw it.

A filled offer is final and cannot be reversed. Matching follows price, then time, and an offer can fill partially.

A service fee, a percentage of the trade value, is charged to both buyer and seller when an offer fills. The rate is shown before you place an offer and may change with notice on this site.

Redemption terms

Kilograms you hold can be redeemed for physical goods at an available outlet, subject to a minimum quantity per commodity. A redemption code is valid once and can be cancelled until an outlet scans it.

Once the outlet scans the code and hands over the goods, the redemption is final. Check the goods at handover; any complaint about quantity or quality is raised at the outlet at that time.

Risk and limits of liability

Commodity prices can rise or fall. Decisions to buy, sell, and set prices are entirely yours.

We operate the market and record the right per kilogram. Goods are kept by a licensed warehouse operator, and the Warehouse Receipt is registered at the Registration Center in the asset owner's name. The service runs under Bappebti supervision, and its scope may change under the supervisor's direction.
